Printing characteristics: On the premise of choosing a suitable coding machine, the coding parameters can be adjusted within the following ranges, and the most suitable conditions for the corresponding coding machine and transfer material can be selected:
Temperature range: 100°C-160°C (recommended 110°C-150°C)
The actual temperature of the prefix measured by the thermometer shall prevail
Pressure range: 0.3~0.5MPa (recommended 0.4MPa)
Coding speed: 30-600 times/min (best transfer speed 50-200 times/min)
Printing effect: The printed characters are round and full, and the effect of abrasion resistance is good.
Applicable materials: Suitable for PET, PP, PE and other films, milk bags, aluminum foil, UV
Labels and various composite films and other materials.
