Application area
Is used for surface printing and metering of communication cables, optical cables, and various plastic pipes.
Coding parameters
Under the premise of choosing a suitable hot stamping machine, the coding parameters should be adjusted within the following range, and the conditions that are most suitable for the corresponding coding machine and transfer material should be selected:
1 Temperature range: 100℃-160℃ (140℃ recommended). Note: The actual temperature of the prefix measured by the thermometer shall prevail.
2 Pressure range: 0.3~0.5MPa (0.4 MPa recommended).
3 Contact time: 0.2-1.0S (depending on the hot stamping material, hot stamping machine model, and printing requirements).
