Hot Stamping Foil (Ribbon) - For Date Coding, also named Coding Foil or Hot Foil, working with Hot Stamp Printer,is used to print Batch No. & Mfg. / EXP. Date information onto the flexible packages. Hot Stamp Foil (Ribbon) including SCF900 and SCF910, two grades, the Hot Stamp Foil (Ribbon) SCF900 is general grade, and the Hot Stamp Foil (Ribbon) SCF910 is the premium grade.

Printing characteristics: Under the premise of selecting a suitable printer, the coding parameters should be adjusted within the following ranges, and the conditions that are most suitable for the corresponding printer and transfer material should be selected:

Temperature range: 140℃-180℃ (recommended 150℃-160℃)

Subject to the actual temperature of the prefix measured by the thermometer

Pressure range: 0.3~0.5MPa (recommended 0.4 MPa)

Coding speed: 30-600 times/min (the best transfer speed is 50-200 times/min)

Printing effect: The printed handwriting is slender and round, and has good abrasion resistance (the printed handwriting can be sterilized by 80-100℃ purified water for less than 30 minutes, and the handwriting can not be wiped off after cooling and drying).

Applicable materials: It is suitable for food, medicine and high temperature sterilization requirements, and its products do not require long-term freezing and cold storage. It can be used for PET, milk bags, aluminum foil and various composites. Film printing.
